Use daily on clean skin. Gua sha needs an oil for "slip" so it can glide and not pull skin - Face Oil, Wonder Serum or even Oil Cleanser would be great. Use one hand to "anchor" skin and provide tautness, use the other to hold the gua sha and move in smooth, even strokes towards your lymph nodes (by ears and base of neck).
